So you are having trouble hearing the sermon, here are a few steps to help fix your dilemma. 

STEP 1
/files/Image Gallery/Step 1.bmp
You will find the "volume" icon in the lower right hand corner of your screen.  If the speaker icon is not visible, click on the arrow that points to the left.

STEP 2

The icon you are looking for is the little round speaker-thing.  Double-click it to bring up the "Volume Control" panel.

STEP 3

You may not have all of these options, or you might have more.  The "Volume Control" should be all the way up and NOT muted.  Also make sure the "Wave" volume is up and NOT muted.

OTHER WAYS TO TROUBLESHOOT:
  • MAKE SURE YOUR SPEAKERS ARE PLUGGED INTO YOUR COMPUTER, HAVE POWER, AND THE VOLUME IS UP.
